Child Safety Standards

Bustlely LLC (“Bustlely”) has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These are our published standards for preventing, detecting, and acting on CSAE across the Bustlely app and services.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement right away. To report a concern on Bustlely, use the in-app reporting tools or email safety@bustlely.com.

Our commitment

Bustlely prohibits any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct — as well as grooming, sextortion, the sexualization of minors, trafficking, and any attempt to use Bustlely to harm a child. Violations result in immediate content removal and permanent account termination, and are reported to the appropriate authorities without exception.

Bustlely is for adults only

  • You must be 18 or older to create a Bustlely account. Age is collected and verified at signup, and accounts without a valid adult birthdate are blocked until one is provided.
  • Accounts that we determine belong to minors, or that misrepresent their age, are removed.

How we detect and enforce

  • Uploaded images and text are screened by automated moderation systems, with human review of flagged content.
  • Every post, message, profile, and activity can be reported in the app; reports are triaged with child-safety reports treated at the highest priority.
  • Confirmed CSAE results in immediate removal of the content and permanent suspension of the account, enforced at sign-in so banned users cannot return on an existing session.

Reporting on Bustlely

  • In the app: use Report on any profile, post, message, or activity, or contact support from Settings.
  • By email: safety@bustlely.com — our designated child-safety contact, monitored by our safety team.
  • You can report anonymously; we act on reports whether or not you have a Bustlely account.

Cooperation with authorities

  • Apparent CSAM identified on our services is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline, as required by law, and to other relevant authorities where applicable.
  • We preserve and provide associated account information to law enforcement as required by applicable legal process.

Legal compliance

  • We comply with child safety laws in the regions where Bustlely operates, including mandatory CSAM reporting obligations.
  • These standards apply to the Bustlely mobile apps, our website, and all related services, and are incorporated into our Community Guidelines and Terms of Use.
