1Be Respectful
Treat others with respect. Do not harass, bully, threaten, demean, or intimidate anyone. Disagreement is fine; abuse is not.
2Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content
The following are strictly prohibited and will be removed, with accounts subject to immediate suspension or termination: hate speech or content that attacks or dehumanizes people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other protected characteristics; harassment, bullying, threats, or incitement of violence; sexually explicit content, nudity, or pornography; child sexual abuse material or any sexualization of minors (reported to authorities without exception); graphic violence or gore; content promoting self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders; and content that is unlawful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
3No Illegal or Dangerous Activity
Do not use Bustlely to facilitate illegal activity, including the sale of illegal drugs, weapons, or stolen goods; human trafficking or exploitation; fraud or scams; or the organization of dangerous or unlawful acts. Do not solicit or promote commercial sex.
4No Spam, Scams, or Manipulation
Do not post spam, run scams or phishing, engage in deceptive or fraudulent conduct, artificially inflate engagement, or use bots or automated means to access or manipulate the Platform. Do not solicit money or personal or financial information from other users.
5Authenticity and Impersonation
Be yourself. Do not impersonate other people, brands, or organizations, create fake or misleading profiles, or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation. You must be 18 or older to use Bustlely.
6Privacy and Consent
Respect others’ privacy. Do not share anyone’s private or personal information without their consent ("doxxing"), post intimate images without consent, or record or share private communications without permission. Only share content you have the right to share.
7Safety When Meeting In Person
Bustlely helps arrange real-world activities, but your safety is your responsibility. Meet in public places, tell someone where you are going, do not share sensitive personal or financial information, and trust your instincts. Bustlely does not conduct background checks or verify users. If you feel unsafe, leave and contact local authorities.
8Reporting and Blocking
You can report content or users, and block users, directly in the app. Reporting sends the content and context to our safety team; blocking prevents that user from contacting you or seeing your activity. You can also email safety@bustlely.com with urgent safety concerns. Please report anything that violates these Guidelines — reports help keep the community safe, and we do not tolerate retaliation for good-faith reports.
9How We Enforce
We review reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior and aim to act on them within 24 hours, which may include removing content, ejecting or banning the offending user, and reporting to law enforcement where appropriate. We may filter, remove, or restrict content and suspend, restrict, or permanently delete accounts, in our sole discretion, with or without notice. Serious or repeated violations result in permanent removal.
